What

All human beings have a right to life, liberty and dignity. On July 12th, 2019 there will be a vigil held nationwide, to end human detention camps and protest the inhumane conditions faced by asylum seekers and refugees. We will gather in Portland Oregon and be part of this nationwide vigil. At 9 pm we will each light a candle a hold a minute of silence. I will personally be thinking of the six children that have lost their lives while in US custody since September of 2018: Wilmer Josué Ramírez, Carlos Gregorio Hernández Vásquez, Darlyn Cristabel Córdova-Valle, Felipe Gómez Alonzo, Juan de León Gutiérrez, and Jakelin Amei Rosmery Caal Maquin. Please join us. More details will be coming out soon as plans gel in the next few days.
