While this monumental effort will be all across the globe, the actions in NYS will focus on the passage of the Climate and Community Investment Act (CCIA), which makes polluters pay and reinvests that money into the communities hit first and worst by climate change. The tactics of each action will be determined by the local group leading the effort.
