We have a special opportunity for someone with great communication skills and a passion to improve patient care in home health.

In this position you will be calling patients (mostly elderly) on the phone and asking a series of questions related to the care they are receiving or have received. You will be responsible for documenting patient response and following up with appropriate Company personnel to resolve any issues or complaints that arise.

This position requires excellent listening skills, a high level of comfort in communicationg over the phone, and strong command of the English language.
