Positive Transition Services, Inc. mission is to support, advocate, and connect those with disabilities and/or homeless with holistic supportive services that lead to happiness, sustainability and independence.
Positive Transition Services is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is not just an organization that refers and provide direct services but goes above and beyond most to ensure our clients are able to restore, rebuild, and empower their lives. We aim to provide affordable supportive housing and commuity linkage to essential services vital to transitioning in a positive way. We service homeless veterans, adults with disabilities, and with a successful recovery path.
